1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using La3ib ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use La3ib. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

3. Account Registration

You may create an account or play as a guest. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and not to share your account with others.

4. Virtual Currency & Purchases

La3ib offers virtual currency ("Coins") that can be earned through gameplay or purchased with real money.
Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
All purchases of Coins are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify prices, availability, and virtual item offerings at any time.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party tools
Harass, abuse, or threaten other players
Use offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate usernames or chat messages
Create multiple accounts to manipulate rankings or abuse promotions
Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Platform
Sell, trade, or transfer accounts or virtual items for real money

6. Moderation & Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms. This includes but is not limited to: chat muting, username resets, coin adjustments, temporary bans, and permanent account deletion. Decisions are made at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on La3ib, including but not limited to graphics, logos, game mechanics, UI design, and software, is owned by La3ib and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

La3ib is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that all features will be available at all times. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, La3ib shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of virtual currency or items.

10. Tournaments & Competitions

Tournament rules, prizes, and eligibility are determined by La3ib. We reserve the right to disqualify players who violate rules or engage in unsportsmanlike conduct. Prize distribution is subject to our tournament terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of La3ib after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to La3ib at any time, with or without cause. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page or by contacting support.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
